The agreement applies between Trysil Fjellbooking AS, hereinafter referred to as TFB and the guest in the booking confirmation.
TFB IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
That the guest receives a confirmation when booking a stay with TFB. Whether it happens through online booking or by TFB. This must contain the following: arrival date / departure date / terms of payment.
That the guest receives information regarding the key and other information that is relevant to the stay.
The guest is informed, as early as possible before arrival, subject to change due to the stay.
That the unit complies with booked unit.
That the guest is allowed to dispose of his unit from 17:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
NB: The landlord is not responsible for any agreements made with 3rd party.
THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
-The unit throughout the stay.
-To check the confirmation for arrival date, departure date and device match booking. Any discovered error must be notified to the landlord as soon as possible.
-Upon check-in, inform about the number of persons staying in the unit, this should not exceed the number set in the description of the unit. The exception is small children, which are located in extra bed.
-To comply with the general rules of procedure for the unit.
-To notify TFB of faults / defects on the unit no later than 10 AM the day after arrival. So that TFB can correct this as quickly as possible, in consultation with the resident guest. This also applies to errors / deficiencies that occur during your stay.
-If the stay has included final cleaning, the guest must perform rough cleaning as described in the infoperm before departure. Does the guest not have final cleaning included in its price, or paid for it as an additional service. The guest must perform final cleaning as described in the infoperm.
-To read all information provided in "INFOPERM" located in the device.
-To comply with the age limit of the device.
-To deliver all acknowledged keys for the device. If not all keys are made, there will be a fee of 2000, -nok.
-The guest is fully responsible for any damages that may occur in the accommodation and its fixtures caused by the guest or anyone who has access to the residence.
-Violation of the provisions on smoking and livestock prohibition entails a cleaning fee from NOK 6000. The guest cannot use the accommodation for anything other than what was agreed upon when booking (usually used as a holiday home), and must not allow more people to stay overnight or set up tent, caravan, music system on the plot.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
-In case of payment from abroad, TFB shall receive the rent amount stated in Norwegian kroner. Possible currency differences, fees and the like shall be covered by the guest.
-If the prepayment or the final amount is not the landlord within her within the expiration dates (stated on the confirmation) this is considered a cancellation and the cancellation provisions come into force.
-Renters who make a pre-booking for next season may expect a price increase.
The applicable deadlines for cancellation and payment are stated during the booking process when the type of cabin / apartment and period are selected. (before pressing order)
CANCEL / CHANGE INSURANCE:
-This must be ordered either online / manually at TFB, at the same time as the booking is made. And paid at the same time as prepayment.
-The insurance covers the guest's cancellation charges in connection with the guest / cohabitants, children, siblings, parents being affected by acute illness, serious accident or death.
-For the insurance to be valid, it must be documented by a medical certificate.
-The fee for the insurance is 250, - NOK
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING WITH CANCELLATION / CHANGE INSURANCE:
For bookings canceled with documented insurance, the total amount paid is refunded, minus the insurance fee paid and a handling fee of 250, -NOK
CHANGE OF BOOKING WITH CHANGE INSURANCE:
-When changing to a larger unit, only the price difference is paid.
-In case of change to smaller unit more than 60 days before arrival, the full price difference will be refunded.
-Change to smaller unit less than 60 days before arrival, refund the full price difference. Minus a handling fee of 250, - NOK.
CHANGE OF BOOKING WITHOUT CHANGE INSURANCE:
-In case of change to larger unit, the price difference is paid + an expense fee of 250, - NOK.
-In case of change to smaller unit more than 60 days before arrival, the full price difference will be refunded. Minus a handling fee of 500, - NOK.
-Change to smaller unit less than 60 days before arrival, refund the full price difference. Minus a handling fee of 750, - NOK.
NB: CANCELLATION / CHANGE MUST ALWAYS BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL BOTH FROM TFB AND THE GUEST.
To be able to book a stay with us, the tenant must be 18 years old and everyone in the traveling group must be over 18 years old. Except here children are accompanied by guardians.
The periods Christmas, New Year, Easter and Trysilmellen apply to their own age limits:
In bookings where more than half of the booking is between 18 and 23 years, all participants must pay a deposit of NOK 1000, - and sign a special contract. This gives everyone in the travel sequence equal responsibility for the booking, and responsibility for ensuring that certain rules are met. Contract and payment routines will be sent in due time before arrival.
This arrangement is designed for everyone to have a pleasant stay in Trysil.
If the renter does not comply with these requirements, the consequence may be refused check-in. The amount paid is not refundable.
SKISTAR TRYSIL'S SNOW WARRANTY:
If this guarantee is not redeemed, the guest may cancel his booking and refund all of his paid rental amount.
Unsatisfactory conditions in the ground, closing lifts and the like beyond the "snow guarantee" is outside the landlord's area of responsibility. And does not result in any right of cancellation or refund.
As a result of natural disasters, fire, strikes and acts of war, factors that neither party can predict, leading to the tenant's stay can not be carried out. The claimant rents the right to terminate the agreement without liability.
In case of unsuccessful disputes, the matter will be brought to the Conciliation Board in Trysil Municipality. Without a solution, the matter will be brought to Sør-Østerdal District Court.
When make a booking at TFB, the guest agrees that personal information may be used in marketing from Trysil Fjellbooking. Beyond this, the information is processed confidentially.
