Welcome to Trysilfjellet Nord 418 – a beautiful and spacious family cabin offering stunning views of Trysil Mountain. Surrounded by picturesque mountain scenery, the cabin is located just 100 metres from both cross-country ski trails and a connecting trail to the alpine ski area.
The cabin was extensively renovated and extended in 2023, combining traditional Norwegian cabin charm with modern comfort. With 4 bedrooms including the loft, 2 bathrooms, a private sauna and inviting living areas, this is the perfect place for a memorable mountain holiday with family or friends.
Living Room and Kitchen
The cabin features a bright and welcoming living room with large windows offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape. A comfortable corner sofa, TV and wood-burning stove create a warm and relaxing atmosphere after an active day outdoors.
The modern kitchen is open-plan with the dining area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Facilities include a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
The dining area features a cosy fireplace, creating the perfect setting for enjoyable meals and relaxing evenings together.
The loft also offers an additional lounge area, ideal as a separate space to unwind.

The cabin accommodates 8–9 guests across 4 bedrooms, including the loft.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, 160 cm
Bedroom 2: Family bunk bed with a 120 cm lower bed and 90 cm upper bunk

The bedrooms are decorated in a cosy, traditional cabin style. The flexible sleeping arrangements make the cabin particularly suitable for families and groups of friends.
Bathrooms and Sauna
The cabin has 2 modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and toilet.
One of the bathrooms also features a private sauna – the perfect place to relax and warm up after a long day on the slopes or cross-country ski trails.
A washing machine is also available, making the cabin convenient for longer stays.
Location – Close to Alpine and Cross-Country Skiing
Trysilfjellet Nord 418 enjoys a fantastic location in the popular Fageråsen area, with easy access to both cross-country skiing and Trysil's extensive alpine ski resort.
Cross-country skiing: The nearest cross-country ski trails are only approximately 100 metres from the cabin. From here, you can explore the extensive trail network towards Fageråskjølen, Fjellrunden, Lågfjellet and Skurufjellet. Simply put on your skis outside the cabin and make your way to the nearby trails.
Alpine skiing: A connecting ski trail to the alpine area is located approximately 100 metres from the cabin, providing convenient access to the ski lifts at SkiStar Lodge Trysil.
It is possible to ski back towards the cabin via Familietrekket when the connecting trail across Lågfjellet is open. Alternatively, the ski shuttle bus runs from Høyfjellsenteret via SkiStar Lodge Trysil.
Høyfjellsenteret, with shops and other facilities, is located approximately 1 km from the cabin.
Terrace and Outdoor Area
The cabin features a sunny terrace of approximately 21 m² with beautiful views of Trysil Mountain. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the fresh mountain air and peaceful surroundings.
The outdoor area includes a barbecue and fire pit, perfect for spending time together outside.
There are also 2 practical storage rooms, including dedicated ski storage.
